In a recent survey we conducted using the ABC cards 94% agreed to the statement:
"Current ITIL training does not adequately help us address ABC issues".

Sharon Taylor (ITIL Chief Examiner) and Richard Pharro (APMG) declared that the new ITIL training courses will give more attention to ABC. Until then what can be done?
