This card was used within a number of website surveys together with the statement: 'We are not customer focused enough in IT '. In a survey on the itSMF website 86% of respondents AGREED. The card is also used in ABC of ICT workshops and participants are allowed to vote, and then to discuss examples of 'desirable' and 'non desirable' behavior. The average score in workshops is also higher than 80%!. Try this exercise in YOUR team, department or organization and let people discuss 'just how Customer focused are we REALLY?' |
